- Prior to ultilizing your cellphone and/or the battery. It is advisable to first change the battery for a given time period stipulated by the manufacturer. This will assist in assisting battery life.
- Warranty provided by the manufacturer or 99Percents.com does not cover non-mechnical and/or liquid damage caused by negligent used of cellphone.
- If caught frauding in a stolen device, I agree to be handed over to the approiate authorities.

GENERAL TERM AND CONDITIONS
- The warranty is valid only upon presentation of the proof of purchase, dealer’s name, model and serial no of the product. 99Percents reserves the right to refuse warranty if this information have removed or changed after the original purchase of the product from our store.
