Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be pleased with your 99percent purchases thereby we stand behind our products and our customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return products purchased from our website within 14 days from the date of purchase subject to the following conditions:

All returned items must be in their original condition and in their original packaging with all accessories.

Is accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

The refund will be for the purchase price of the product minus delivery and handling charges.
We are not responsible for return delivery charges.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email/WhatsApp/call/SMS.

It has it’s original contents, undamaged, and in a good working condition with no material alterations to the device’s hardware or software.

It could take up to 2 weeks for us to process your return in cases where your product is eligible for return.

Exchange

99PERCENT is not the manufacturer of the devices it sells, therefore only fundamentally defective devices will be eligible for exchange subject to the sole discretion of the business.

It might take up to 3 months for us to process the exchange in cases where your product is eligible for exchange.

Refund

All sales are final. Some of the factors which guides a refund includes but is not limited to the following:

The products has an in-built problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they had known about it.

The product is significantly different from the sample or the description on the pack.

We commence the process for a refund upon determination that an item is eligible for refund based on our sole discretion immediately we receive your item, however certain items are not eligible for refunds.

This process is only applicable to items that falls under the criteria stated above.

Refund will be made within 5 business days of receipts of the returned item depending on your method of payment.
